What is your treasure?

Proverbs 2:1-4

My son, if you receive my words, And treasure my commands within you, 2) So that you incline your ear to wisdom, And apply your heart to understanding; 3) YES!, if you cry out for discernment, and understanding, If you seek her as silver, And search for her ad hidden treasures; 50 then you will understand the fear of the Lord, And find the knowledge of God.

Think about it for a minute, What is your treasure? I bet if you take the time to focus on that question the answer would alarm you. I believe we are living in the days where we are being led rather than leading the way, we seam to be caught up in a vary social and selfish tide pool. Have you ever felt like you were being tossed back and forth and that you were losing sight of the destination that you set out for? "I have and I believe that we all have felt this way, but you don't have to continue to drift back in forth in the worlds tide pool.

The truth is that today is a gift and God's plans are still alive and very much available to all who would believe and call on His Holy name. In today's scripture it simply says to receive His word so that your ear is inclined to wisdom and in that you find, hear, and see God's plan.(GPS) Gods positioning system, and when this becomes your treasure things become supernatural and then you can begin to seek after real treasure that is actually more than you could ever think or imagine. So as I close Today let me encourage you with a challenge, take back 1 hour of your day today and sit with the Lord who created you, and ask your self what is my treasure, is it my job, my children, is it the money I am chasing, is it social status , popularity? No matter what falls to your plate, remember God created you and He gave us free will to go and do and change what ever we wanted. Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In ALL your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths, and surly His goodness and mercy shall follow you ALL the days of your life!
