He is Still on the Throne Right????

“He sent out his word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death. Let them praise the Lord for his great love and for the wonderful things he has done for them. Let them offer sacrifices of thanksgiving and sing joyfully about his glorious acts. Some went off to sea in ships, plying the trade routes of the world. They, too, observed the Lord’s power in action, his impressive works on the deepest seas. He spoke, and the winds rose, stirring up the waves. Their ships were tossed to the heavens and plunged again to the depths; the sailors cringed in terror. They reeled and staggered like drunkards and were at their wits’ end. “Lord, help!” they cried in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He calmed the storm to a whisper and stilled the waves.”

Good morning beloved I will keep it short today maybe. As I read these verses this morning I was reminded of this; who is governing your decisions, writing your schedules, in other words where does your Help come from? It’s really easy to get tossed around by the waves of uncertainty in today’s world. Today our quickly changing society is yielding a fruit that is not only bitter but in most cases rotten for lack of better words. I believe today that as we look for stability , hope, truth, and Healing, It is becoming evident that it is only found one place.

God‘s promise to us is that he still heals, calms the seas of uncertainty that try and crash against our mind and breed anxiety. So let me encourage you go into the secret place get on your knees lift up your hands and call out to the creator of the universe. Cast your cares upon him and watch him begin to lift your burdens heal your heart and saturate you with unfailing love.
