Go to WORK!

My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patients. But let patients have its perfect WORK, that you maybe perfect and compete lacking nothing...If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives it to ALL liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

One thing that is for sure to catch you off guard is the testing of your faith. I desire patients as much as the next person but sometimes we want it with out any effort at all. It takes work. Can I be honest with you, actually its pretty hard to count any joy at all when I face a trial of any sort.

As a matter of fact I don't remember doing much at all in my trials except complaining

and asking why me God? But tonight I feel like I found and new wrench in my spiritual tool box. It's my faith wrench, and despite popular opinion God may ask us to pull it out and use It once an a while. 2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by Faith, not by sight. Now this is a well known scripture, but it simply amazes me how we get so focused on sight of our trial, and not on our faith that will get us through the trial with JOY...

Lord teach me to walk into my trials with the Faith that you have given me..
